We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Online Bidder (Fresher) to join our Business Development team. You will be responsible for bidding on projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru, helping us generate new business opportunities. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a basic understanding of online marketplaces, and a keen interest in the IT services industry.
Identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other freelance platforms.
Write clear, customized, and professional proposals for bidding.
Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
Follow up with clients and maintain healthy relationships.
Achieve monthly targets for bidding and lead generation.
Maintain data and reports of bids and proposals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good understanding of bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
Ability to write personalized and convincing proposals.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.
Quick learner with a proactive and positive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong English writing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills will be an added advantage.
